About the hike
This full-day Visocica route begins with a scenic transfer from Sarajevo to the mountain village of Tusila. From there, the trail climbs through open highland terrain toward Vito Peak, with increasingly wide views over valleys, ridges, and remote mountain landscapes.
The highlight is the ridge traverse from Vito toward Drstva, one of the most panoramic hiking experiences in central Bosnia. Depending on pace and weather, lunch is enjoyed on the ridge or at the mountain hut near the starting point.
